An unbeaten 54 by S K Raina and his 55-run third-wicket partnership with Skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni saw Chennai Super Kings score a seven-wicket win over Deccan Chargers and cruise to the semifinals of the DLF Indian Premier League.
Leading the Chennai Super Kings attack from the front, Dhoni made 37, hammering four boundaries and a huge six, while Raina blasted five boundaries and two sixes to enable the vistors win the crucial match with four balls to spare. Raina, architect of today's win won the Man of the Match Award as also the Maximum Sixers award. J A Morkel(12) remained unbeaten, hitting one four, facing 12 balls.
Earlier, Dhoni, stepping out of the crease, hit hard Ojha to long on. But Gibbs quickly moved to his left to hold a sharp catch and send Chennai Super Kings skipper to pavilion.
